I have been lucky enough to have Adam as my PT for for the last couple of months. His knowledge and professional approach to his clients is second to none.
He has the ability to get the most out of me every session, helping me progress infinitely more under his guidance than I ever could of achieved on my own.
Everytime we train together I sweat, cry, swear and laugh. This is because Adam never judges me and treats me as an individual all while helping me reach my own goals.
It also helps that he is a top bloke and just one of those people who you just enjoy spending time with, even if it involves being pushed to your limits each time you train.
I can't recommend Adam enough, if you're looking for a PT who can help you achieve your own personal goals while having a bloody good time then look no further.

I began training with Adam in January 2020. I have a slipped disc in my lower back and after the second time of being unable to do anything for three months, I decided something in my life needed to change.
Adam started our sessions very slowly helping me to learn the basic moves and skills I needed to progress. He also taught me different ways of breathing and encouraged me to listen to my body.
Over the last 6 months my body has got stronger, changed in shape, (I have a waist again), and I have become fitter. Daily tasks that I would have shy away from, I now do without thinking.
Adam has encouraged and inspired me to look after my body and make changes for a stronger and healthier me. He is always at the other end of the phone with encouraging messages or words of wisdom!
I'm not at the end of my journey but I'm definitely on the way to a fitter me thanks to Adam and his amazing support.

I absolutely love my PT sessions with Adam. When I started, I had hardly stepped foot into a gym before and didn't have any experience of working on my fitness.
He listened carefully to what I wanted from our sessions and ensured he fully understood my prolapsed disc injury. We had a free taster session and I knew that I would enjoy working with Adam.
He carefully plans each session and is always checking in with my goals and asks what I want to achieve from our time together. I have been working with Adam for around 3 months now and have achieved so much in that time, more than I ever thought possible!
