MY APPROACH TO PT
UNDERSTAND
I aim to understand why your goal is important to you, what you expect from me and how other lifestyle considerations can impact your sessions.
ASSESS
I use basic movement patterns and, if necessary, assessment tools to understand how you move. This highlights areas of restriction, weakness or imbalance.
STRENGTHEN
We work to strengthen areas that are currently imbalanced or weaker. We improve movement patterns by learning to use muscles and joints effectively.
ELIMINATE
We aim to eliminate your pain and reduce restrictions, tightness and discomfort around the body. This goes alongside strengthening the body to prevent future injury.
