What is the AIM Workshop?

ASSESS - INDIVIDUALISE - MOVE

The AIM workshop helps you to better understand your movement by identifying movements that are restricted and subsequently applying exercises to improve those movements.

The AIM Workshop is perfect for you if:

  • You want to improve your mobility to prevent injury

  • You want to be able to better apply your strength, and not be hindered by a 'weak' side of the body

  • You want to move more freely and efficiently

  • You want to understand what is causing your pains or discomfort when you move

ASSESS

We take you through a range of assessments to identify exactly which areas of the body are restricted or limited.

INDIVIDUALISE

Based on your assessments, you are coached through movements specifically selected to improve your areas of restriction.

MOVE

We re-test your movement and give you the mobility exercises to apply to your own training, improving your movement.
